Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact form on the website www.rec.today . If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to a date of a concert, full payment will be refunded. No refunds or credits will be issued after the concert was recorded. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation request.

We record video and audio separately using the professional equipment to deliver you the highest quality video that you can enjoy and use in future for different purposes, for example, to apply for a competition or a scholarship.

I just purchased a video. How soon will I get it?

To provide you with the best quality, we not only record video and audio separately but also do post-production editing for every video. Once we receive your payment, it can take 10-15 days for you to get the video.

What will be the format of a video I get?

You will get a link to the video file in .mp4 or .mov format for downloading. Once you download the video to your computer, you can upload it to social media and use for any other personal purposes.
