With a strong reputation for outstanding work as a producer, Director of Photography, and recording engineer, Alexey specializes in high-end classical music productions. He has produced more than 50 programs for The Philadelphia Orchestra, serving as Director of Photography and creating multi-camera cinematography for major concert and performance productions, including the highly successful 2020–2022 Digital Stage seasons. His work combines traditional multi-camera approaches with dynamic cinematography techniques to create engaging visual experiences for classical music audiences.
Specializing in classical music productions, Alexey has collaborated with leading artists, ensembles, and cultural organizations across the United States. His work has also been featured in productions for Deutsche Grammophon and Medici TV, collaborating with internationally recognized artists and ensembles.
Alexey received two nominations for the Mid-Atlantic Emmy® Awards in 2023 in the categories of Arts – Long Form Content and Entertainment – Long Form Content.
Alexey has collaborated with leading educational and cultural institutions including the Curtis Institute of Music (Philadelphia), University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), Drexel University (Philadelphia), Temple University (Philadelphia), University of Rhode Island (Kingston), University of Delaware (Delaware), and others.
